Are you constantly putting stuff off and struggling with procrastination? Pomodoro is a time-management technique that'll help. Zen Pomodoro is an app that'll allow you to track your progress.


So how does it work?

The technique is relatively straight-forward. Choose the task you're looking to get done and run the timer. The work session will start, as indicated by the white screen. Once the 25 minutes pass, a 5-minute break will start (as indicated by the green screen). You'll earn the right to a longer break every four completed cycles.
